'moving from climate grief to climate action’ through art journaling. a workshop.

An informal workshop invited participants to explore mixed media art journaling as a way of responding to climate grief and anxiety. Each person was given a journal and access to a range of materials, using creative practice as a framework for conversation and reflection. In a relaxed setting, the group discussed tools for managing overwhelm and considered the Ark Bradford prompt, “How might we build our Ark?”, through personal and collective expression.
